Nachos

Technology: WALT follow a brief by justifying the nature of an intended outcome in relation to the need or opportunity. Use the criteria identified to inform the development of an outcome and its evaluation.

Time to ‘get your chef on’ again lovely people.
The challenge today is to work with another member of your bubble family to make a meal for all of you.

I made Nachos here are the photos.

Shoot & Run

PE Challenge: The current rules around COVID19 isolation and ‘bubbles’  mean that many sports people have been unable to play their sport.

This week I want you to design a game that can be played with two or more players but does not allow players to share any equipment being used. You need to develop a name, rules, playing area, equipment, and the object of the game.

Shoot & Run

Equipment
For this game you will need a hoop eg Netball hoop, Basketball hoop. You will also need a ball and something to run around eg a bin, a cone, etc.

How To Play

You need 2 or more people, if there is 2 they have to try and get the ball into the hoop and then run around the the bin or whatever it is and back to the start. If you have more people like 4 then they will be split into teams and race each other.

Rules/Object

The rules are that the first person or team to shoot the ball then run around the bin and back are the winners. So the object of the game is to be the first person or team back to the start and sitting down.

ANZAC Poppies

How else can we show we are remembering these sacrifices that were made? So today for school one of our tasks was to make ANZAC poppies out of Warehouse or New World reusable bags. The idea of this is to put them outside and show our support.

We are learning to: Develop ideas by developing and revisiting visual ideas, in response to examples we have seen, and ideas that we can think of for ourselves. This is what we had to do create a small artwork, no bigger that 5cm high x 5cm wide to put somewhere around your property… do NOT draw on the walls! Do your artwork on a separate piece of paper or wood. Take a photo of your artwork in location for your blog. I didn't know what to draw so I though because ANZAC day is coming up I would do something ANZAC related. Here is my work, it is a poppy on a battlefield.

Richard Pearse

Today we had to make a poster or video about Richard Pearse, Jean Batten or Sir Keith Park and teach others about who they are and what they did. Today I chose Richard Pearse. Here is my work.
