P.E Challenge

Today we had to make up a fitness circuit with the things in our house. We had to do the circuit and it had to go for 15 minutes. In the circuit were to put in skills that cover: Coordination, Balance, Strength, Speed and Power. I did 2 and a half minutes at each station and 30 seconds rest. Here is what I put in my circuit. Overall I think the workout was could but could have been better. The hardest part would have been the BURPEES.

  1. Well done, Phoebe. People pay a lot of money to participate in fitness circuits at gyms! Yes, burpees are definitely a challenge. If you whip through this circuit each day between now and when school goes back, you'll be super fit and ready for winter sport!

  2. You did a great job with this Phoebe. I know Noah loved participating in this also. Although it has only been completed once... maybe we can all do this tomorrow?
