Artsonia Artwork
We are learning to:
Develop ideas by developing and revisiting visual ideas, in response to examples we have seen, and ideas that we can think of for ourselves.
Artsonia is full of great inspiration for art ideas. This week we are going to be viewing a video about contrast… an abstract space, the brick wall and the object you choose to include. Here is my Artwork.

Time to ‘get your chef on’ again lovely people.
The challenge today is to create a ‘treat’ to share with your bubble buddies.

We are learning to:
Develop ideas by developing and revisiting visual ideas, in response to examples we have seen, and ideas that we can think of for ourselves. Learning Challenge: Create an artwork by either painting, or drawing, a message painting in the style of Nigel Brown. You might choose to focus on current events or on an important moment in history. I would expect to see an image and carefully chosen words to support your message.
Teenager Workout
The current rules around COVID19 isolation and ‘bubbles’ mean that
we are all still limited in our interactions with others. One issue that has
been identified by many people is that a lack of routine, and spending
most of their time in the house has made them quite demotivated in
terms of health and wellness.
This week I want you to create a weekly wellness workout for one of
these three age groups: a toddler, a teenager, or a septuagenarian.
You need to think carefully about the special needs of each of these
groups.

Whatumoana
Whatumoana means bravery, I think bravery is important because I think if you are brave you can do more things and enjoy what you are doing more. When you are brave you are courageous you have the courage to do things that people that aren't brave won't do. To be brave sometimes means that you have to go outside your comfort zone and going outside your comfort zone is a good thing. Bravery can get you through things like if you are really sick you have to be brave and fight your illness.
Some people that I think are brave are the people that fought in the wars. To fight in the war you have to be very courageous because you are fighting and risking your life for other people. I also think people like police officers, fire fighters, paramedics, doctors, etc are brave because they are in different ways saving peoples lives and some of them are risking there lives too.
